Topic: Experience is more important than schooling


To have a job is the goal of any person which studied and got a major. There are many kinds of jobs with different objectives, but some jobs are more rewarding than other jobs; an Engineer earns more than a plumber, a Nurse doesn’t make as much as a Doctor, Being a Dentist is better paid than Being a painter, etc.

Differences in working life, in how much people earns everyday and what they must do to get more money is something that we can realize it wherever we go, even on people which have the same major we can realize some saving more money than others and this differences in the most of the cases depends on experience that people have, and is because of that, when students work, they don’t save as much money than people which have experience, but for me that doesn’t mean to have schooling is not as important as to have experience.

For me to have experience and to have schooling, both are very important, but I really think if you want to have knowledge the best way is by getting experience and practice, sometimes when you are solving a problem or a difficulty is easier to find the solution if you already have experience about the situation, but if you have the experience and also the knowledge which you got in the school, solve the problem it’ll be easier than If you just have experience.

All things in life must have a balance, for many people the experience is more important than schooling but I prefer to think in both like part of my way to get success.
