“Customer is always right” this sentence is very famous. I agree this powerfully. Because of only customer who can pay money to seller. Success of degree always depends on customers.
Nowadays, every kind of trend is changing dramatically. Competition is getting harder, surviving is getting difficult. Most situations would be above our prospect. So, we need preparing his complain, we also keep improving our product for alive.

We can think about following situation. There is someone who wants to buy a pair of jeans. He goes to one store. That store has nice stuff than other store. But indoor store is messy and clerks are not impolite but blunt. And another shop has less stuff than first store. But they are clean and clerks are very kind & humorous. If the price is same, which is your choice? Certainly, it depends on personality. Probably, the latter would earn more income than first one despite of less quality. Customer doesn’t get products sold only quality. He needs to be satisfied. He needs to be happy by the reason of buying product. If a pair of jeans are stained or torn, they wouldn’t only change it but also give some free one such as socks, gloves. It is common situation.

What do you think important work in every company, these days? One of that would be getting information. It is too important to emphasize so much. Its key is customer. They help company to get information absolutely. Understanding customer make them get success in their market. Customer wouldn’t make to feel satisfaction by themselves easily. It is really difficult job. As we know, specialists of that aspect are getting rising job. So company should keep trying to understand customer.

Also, customer keeps having their right to claim. Company needs not to be forgot their right. Some customer has them go into bankrupt or be on the verge. Not understanding customer may help them fail their business.
Customer is always right. They always say true, even though cheating. Everything which they show is real situation. Even they deceive seller, they never forget customer need to be respected.

As past other topics, I think that this topic is also difficult problem. But I can answer easily than before. “No way!!!”

Many people think that we can get all information about our country or world. Sadly, most information is handled by someone or majority. It isn’t easy to receive raw information. Because of someone who transfer that. He must be existed. That is messenger. While they were sending that, some of that was transferred, too much or not.

One of the reason why transferring information, Many people want to know only they want to be. For instance, in USA, they never show USA soldier’s dead corpse. They don’t want to see death of their family or friends.

That means also someone controls majority, the other reason because of proving their justice. Nowadays, USA has made war without justice and moral. As someone is dying in other country without justice, someone believes their justice without doubt.

I have some experience about controlling information. About 10years, after I had finished meeting my friend, I was on my way home. Before I was arrived my home, I had seen a demonstration. At that time, there is some students don’t like government policy. It was very terrible situation. And it was like a battle field also. Many students and police was fighting each other. Not only students but also policemen were wounded by each other. It was really terrible, horrible sight.
After I had been arrived my home, TV news showed the sight. But TV news showed that sight only to be hurt policemen. They didn’t show the scene to be hurt students. It must have been controlled media by someone or some people. They could have wanted to prove their justice. Their behavior was not right.

But I think that opening all information is not good. There is some information to keep secret such as personal secret. In case of some TV news, especially entertainment program is so strong to exposure their privacy. So some news makes them shackle. There is other information to keep secret as possibility of war. Uncertain information about terrible situation makes people confused. It makes people unhappy.

In my opinion, News can’t always accurate, and we have the right to know the truth. But, sometimes news might be bothers us. So we should try to interpret the problem objectively.

THERE IS MORE IMPORTANT THING THAN ACCURATE

When i was younger, i have been believed news are always accurated. However, we have been realized that it's not always true since we go to the school. In korea broadcating stations had recevied a lot of money from its goverment office so that covers up facts of darknessregarding political problems, but nowadays it's getting better isn't it ?
News just deliver information whether it is true or not, One day, i saw on tv that a scientist succeeded his project, besides it's a very wonder over the world.it could be received a novel award if it were real. world of people surprised his project succeeded, and it were also printed Science magagine reputeda few weeks later, it turned out that is not true, we believed that reported but it's wrong. people were very angry at him.
As a other example, Does Amstorng who conquer the moon as a first man really arrive on the moon?We don't know yet that is true or not. The United States announced they arrived on the moon.As a result, they had beaten Russia in a fileds of the universe , was also able to outsmart their economy.In this case News became effective, that is, it can be helpful sometimes despite untrue.
Recently, korea anouncers who are the most famous made a mistake that pretended their degree of univercity,People usually trust them, but they made us disppointed. not only anouncers but also famous actors were as same as they had done.
If there were always true, world would be boring, we have to make it possible that we could live better than before.Making an effort and not doing not give up are the most important for us

What is most important in one’s life? May be, It is depends on culture or person. But, love and marriage could be one of important things for everyone.
In my opinion, marriage is complete of love. It is very difficult to complete. Because marriage don’t only need sharing each other’s feeling but also sharing each other’s environment. So, we should think about marriage before we do. Irrevocable situation is always caused by wrong choice.

Do you think that love is forever? For me, yes. Certainly, it is easy to fall in love. But it's not to find. If you have experience of love, you will know that how much it is difficult to keep love. Because, Time would be eliminates their hypocrisy. For instance, in the beginning of love, a man says to his lover “would you mind if I wanted to hold your hand?” And, 1years later, he could say like that “It is hot today, please don’t hold my hand.”

Some people marry each other after they meet just three time. Love is very sensitive. It’s very easy to change than we expect. In case of that, I heard that it is higher rate to brake up than usual case. They could think like that “If I could turn back time, I don’t decide easily.”
To understand true love, it takes much time.
Of curse, I think that it’s possible to find your truly love first time & first sigh. But, That might be dangerous little bit. Even if they are perfect couple, they will experience trouble each other someday.

Most of all, we should think about divorce matter. It is very unhappy not to only couple but also people who they know. To prevent unhappy situation, we should avoid pretender. I think it is one of good way; checking our personality, lifestyle, family plan & what they want each other through real practice.
Without hypocrisy, we should know real each other.

Ex-friend!!

An Ex-lover can be a friend. people are lonely. so, they make friends as many as they can. even though they are broken up, they can be a friend. as i see around, i've been seeing that kinds of relation ship several times my around, they have loved each other for a long time, but their love was getting lose, finally they were separated under their agreement. however they still remain such friends. if we keep on doing well as friends, it has some conditions.

first, they had to love each other.
if they were not really fallen in love each other, it would remain as a very uncomfortable relationship
second, they had to be a couple for a long time
long time makes a couple friendly, even though they lost their love
third, they loved so much that they had to be separated
have you heard that ? I don’t believe it, but everywhere there are exception
it’s meeting is just as difficult
an experience of love is increasingly important factor in determining the way you really want to love if you want to fallen in love, you have to remind what I said

but it is difficult for many people to meet an ex lover again. after they are broken up, it’s not easy to say something like before. many people might be ignore an ex-lover or they can regret separating each other. Whatever, Not being separating is the best way of hanging out with each other.

All living things are separated male and female like dogs, birds, fish even plants. It is result to be adapted to environment most living things, especially animals including humans. It means also different role of both genders.

Human being’s life has been changed since human being appears. A role of male & female has been also changed.

For ancient, we had been a maternal family; the leader of society was one woman who has many husbands, children & all of family estate. It was most important to breed child for them. But, after humans started agriculture, the situation is turn over. As people needed to more hard work as man got the power. And then that streams have been come to now ages.

Nowadays, the generation is changing again. Agriculture society was already finished. We have faced new generation. And now we are in a transition. As we know, a role of gender in working was separated before. Men was working outside, Women was working inside. This trend was originated in agriculture society.

But the situation have been changed, people don’t need hard working to live no more. It means that it is unnecessary to separate a role for difference of gender. Why should women stop working after they have children? To born woman? 200 years ago, it was true. But not now.

For us, bringing up kids should need to think about together. Because bringing up children is a very important thing in our family and society. Maybe, do you think only women bring up children? Most people could think that women could be good at bringing up children. But, many research notice that there is no difference to nurse between men and women. Also men bring up kids as much as women.

Compare with past, fee of bringing up is increased dramatically. It is a very heavy burden to parents. To make a good person their children, Parents need to earn more big money than before. To get big money, not only fathers work hard also mothers.

If they have had big money, one of them didn’t need to work.
