“Customer is always right” this sentence is very famous. I agree this powerfully. Because of only customer who can pay money to seller. Success of degree always depends on customers.
Nowadays, every kind of trend is changing dramatically. Competition is getting harder, surviving is getting difficult. Most situations would be above our prospect. So, we need preparing his complain, we also keep improving our product for alive.

We can think about following situation. There is someone who wants to buy a pair of jeans. He goes to one store. That store has nice stuff than other store. But indoor store is messy and clerks are not impolite but blunt. And another shop has less stuff than first store. But they are clean and clerks are very kind & humorous. If the price is same, which is your choice? Certainly, it depends on personality. Probably, the latter would earn more income than first one despite of less quality. Customer doesn’t get products sold only quality. He needs to be satisfied. He needs to be happy by the reason of buying product. If a pair of jeans are stained or torn, they wouldn’t only change it but also give some free one such as socks, gloves. It is common situation.

What do you think important work in every company, these days? One of that would be getting information. It is too important to emphasize so much. Its key is customer. They help company to get information absolutely. Understanding customer make them get success in their market. Customer wouldn’t make to feel satisfaction by themselves easily. It is really difficult job. As we know, specialists of that aspect are getting rising job. So company should keep trying to understand customer.

Also, customer keeps having their right to claim. Company needs not to be forgot their right. Some customer has them go into bankrupt or be on the verge. Not understanding customer may help them fail their business.
Customer is always right. They always say true, even though cheating. Everything which they show is real situation. Even they deceive seller, they never forget customer need to be respected.

As past other topics, I think that this topic is also difficult problem. But I can answer easily than before. “No way!!!”

Many people think that we can get all information about our country or world. Sadly, most information is handled by someone or majority. It isn’t easy to receive raw information. Because of someone who transfer that. He must be existed. That is messenger. While they were sending that, some of that was transferred, too much or not.

One of the reason why transferring information, Many people want to know only they want to be. For instance, in USA, they never show USA soldier’s dead corpse. They don’t want to see death of their family or friends.

That means also someone controls majority, the other reason because of proving their justice. Nowadays, USA has made war without justice and moral. As someone is dying in other country without justice, someone believes their justice without doubt.

I have some experience about controlling information. About 10years, after I had finished meeting my friend, I was on my way home. Before I was arrived my home, I had seen a demonstration. At that time, there is some students don’t like government policy. It was very terrible situation. And it was like a battle field also. Many students and police was fighting each other. Not only students but also policemen were wounded by each other. It was really terrible, horrible sight.
After I had been arrived my home, TV news showed the sight. But TV news showed that sight only to be hurt policemen. They didn’t show the scene to be hurt students. It must have been controlled media by someone or some people. They could have wanted to prove their justice. Their behavior was not right.

But I think that opening all information is not good. There is some information to keep secret such as personal secret. In case of some TV news, especially entertainment program is so strong to exposure their privacy. So some news makes them shackle. There is other information to keep secret as possibility of war. Uncertain information about terrible situation makes people confused. It makes people unhappy.

In my opinion, News can’t always accurate, and we have the right to know the truth. But, sometimes news might be bothers us. So we should try to interpret the problem objectively.

THERE IS MORE IMPORTANT THING THAN ACCURATE

When i was younger, i have been believed news are always accurated. However, we have been realized that it's not always true since we go to the school. In korea broadcating stations had recevied a lot of money from its goverment office so that covers up facts of darknessregarding political problems, but nowadays it's getting better isn't it ?
News just deliver information whether it is true or not, One day, i saw on tv that a scientist succeeded his project, besides it's a very wonder over the world.it could be received a novel award if it were real. world of people surprised his project succeeded, and it were also printed Science magagine reputeda few weeks later, it turned out that is not true, we believed that reported but it's wrong. people were very angry at him.
As a other example, Does Amstorng who conquer the moon as a first man really arrive on the moon?We don't know yet that is true or not. The United States announced they arrived on the moon.As a result, they had beaten Russia in a fileds of the universe , was also able to outsmart their economy.In this case News became effective, that is, it can be helpful sometimes despite untrue.
Recently, korea anouncers who are the most famous made a mistake that pretended their degree of univercity,People usually trust them, but they made us disppointed. not only anouncers but also famous actors were as same as they had done.
