Customer is always right

“Customer is always right” this sentence is very famous. I agree this powerfully. Because of only customer who can pay money to seller. Success of degree always depends on customers.
Nowadays, every kind of trend is changing dramatically. Competition is getting harder, surviving is getting difficult. Most situations would be above our prospect. So, we need preparing his complain, we also keep improving our product for alive.
We can think about following situation. There is someone who wants to buy a pair of jeans. He goes to one store. That store has nice stuff than other store. But indoor store is messy and clerks are not impolite but blunt. And another shop has less stuff than first store. But they are clean and clerks are very kind & humorous. If the price is same, which is your choice? Certainly, it depends on personality. Probably, the latter would earn more income than first one despite of less quality. Customer doesn’t get products sold only quality. He needs to be satisfied. He needs to be happy by the reason of buying product. If a pair of jeans are stained or torn, they wouldn’t only change it but also give some free one such as socks, gloves. It is common situation.
What do you think important work in every company, these days? One of that would be getting information. It is too important to emphasize so much. Its key is customer. They help company to get information absolutely. Understanding customer make them get success in their market. Customer wouldn’t make to feel satisfaction by themselves easily. It is really difficult job. As we know, specialists of that aspect are getting rising job. So company should keep trying to understand customer.
Also, customer keeps having their right to claim. Company needs not to be forgot their right. Some customer has them go into bankrupt or be on the verge. Not understanding customer may help them fail their business.
Customer is always right. They always say true, even though cheating. Everything which they show is real situation. Even they deceive seller, they never forget customer need to be respected.
